Sophie Claude is Vice President Home Services at Orange Group since 2021, in charge of products & services, from connectivity to entertainment and smarthome, for B2C markets.

For the past ten years at Orange, Sophie Claude first worked in IT delivery and IT strategy, then created the cybersecurity organization within Orange France’s Technical and Information System division.

She has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry at Orange, as well as with other multinational companies such as the Alcatel-Nokia Group and Volvo, where she has held numerous positions in the areas of cybersecurity, IT, and also in mobile and fixed networks and business services.

Sophie Claude is a graduate of the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Lyon, France.
