Prior to his role at OXIO, Nico co-founded Aquto, a pioneering force in sponsored data solutions. Serving as the company's CTO, he propelled Aquto to become the leader in sponsored data, securing partnerships with 45 Tier 1 mobile carriers globally. Aquto's remarkable journey culminated in its successful acquisition by Mavenir in 2017.

Before his tenure at Aquto, Nico founded Attila Technologies. As President and CTO/COO, he spearheaded the development and business strategy of a revolutionary wireless network aggregation technology.

Nico’s accolades include being named a recipient of the New Jersey Inventor Hall of Fame's Inventor of the Year Award in 2010 and the prestigious Thomas Alva Edison Patent Award in the same year.
