Heyuan XU is Chief Expert of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology(CAICT), and Professorate Senior Engineer. He is also Internet of Thing(IoT) Technical Committee Chairman of China Communication Standardization Association(CCSA) . He has been engaged in the research and standard development of telecommunication network and exchange for a long time. Currently, he is committed to the research of Future network, Internet of Things, Industrial Internet etc.. He was awarded the Science and Technology Progress Award issued by the former Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, the Ministry of Information Industry and the Communications Standardization Association(CCSA) many times.
