Ariel is President of CATEL, Chamber of Telecommunications Cooperatives, an argentinian entity that groups together 34 cooperatives of 10 provinces throughout the country, and stands out for the study of new technologies applied to this sector of the market. He holds the position since 2014.
CATEL has implemented the first IPTV operation in the country, bringing together 9 cooperatives in 2015.
It has also obtained a license to provide MVNOs and has entered into an agreement with Movistar for the incorporation of small and medium operators into the mobile service.
Ariel also serves as General Manager of TelViso, one of the largest telecommunications cooperatives in Argentina. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Universidad del Salvador, and a Master's Degree in Technology and Telecommunications Service Management from the Universidad de San Andrés.
