5G MENA NOVEL CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
The 5G MENA event team is disappointed to announce that, due to the increasing worldwide travel restrictions caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have decided that the 5G MENA event will not take place in March this year. We extend our sincere apologies to our 5G MENA community but look forward to bringing everyone together again later this year to learn, connect and be inspired.
The Exhibitor Manual will provide you with all the relevant information you may need for the event, so please make sure you read through each section carefully before the event and meet any applicable deadlines.
To ensure you have a smooth running and successful event please use the below checklist for your pre-event preparations:
- Check what your package includes
- Submit your completed H&S form - DEADLINE: 9th March
- Submit your Nameboard form - DEADLINE: 9th March
- Order additional event services - DEADLINE: 9th March
- Register your passes & order additional passes if needed - DEADLINE: 15th March
- Send me your logo & profile by the set deadline - DEADLINE: 17th February
- Book your accommodation
- Schedule your deliveries
- Check the event timings (including set-up and breakdown)
- Apply for your visa
- Read our Sustainability & Insurance information
Shell Scheme Booths:
Your shell scheme booth (unless stated differently in your contract) will come with:
- 1 x table
- 2 x chairs
- Name board
- Shell Scheme Walls

The process for registering your passes this year has changed. Please see our how to guide on the steps needed to register your attendees.

Please DO NOT send us your pass information via any means as this is now all done by yourself through the Visit GES N200 system.
How do I buy additional passes?
You are eligible for a 25% discount on additional passes. Please book online and enter the priority code SPEX25 to redeem this offer

- All items must be correctly labelled (including your company name & event name).
- Informa Tech & the venue cannot clear any customs for any event nor are they responsible for any delays.
- Informa Tech & the venue cannot be held responsible for the shipping of any equipment nor are they responsible for the collection and receipt of any deliveries.
