Ahmad ZaidanDirector of Mobility Network Engineering at CommScope
Ahmad is an experienced telecommunications expert in the field of Radio Access Networks and has worked with regional mobile operators during their launching phase and therefore understands the facing new network deployments as well as radio features employed to meet the required service features. In addition to RAN, Ahmad had the chance to work with backhaul, IOT and Passive Optical Networks giving an added perspective to overall technology trend across the telecom industry.
Today, Ahmad serves as the director of Mobility Network Engineering team for MEA within CommScope, a team that focuses on understanding the operators’ needs and available assets in order to propose solutions that help deliver best in class mobile voice and data services using latest available technologies.
On his educational side of qualifications he holds a B.Sc degree in Electricak Engineering and an M.Sc degree in RF communications systems with focus on 2D antenna array beamforming and application in mobile networks.
