Dr. Salah ZERGUERRAS is a senior telecom executive with over 20 years of proven leadership in the Middle East, Africa and Asia. With a very successful career record, he has now come to be known as the “turn-around specialist” among financial institutions and telecom operators. He has achieved this success by pioneering a new style of P&L management – where he grows revenue through creating competitive advantages and controls costs with his “do more with less” philosophy. He achieved this only with talented teams that can get you results. With very sound understanding of technology - GSM, 3G, 4G, Dr. Salah builds and transforms organizations throughout its cultural backbone. He is a successful turnaround as CEO of Etisalat Afghanistan, The Group of Etisalat extended his duties and positioned him as CEO of Etisalat Sri Lanka on top of Afghanistan operation. He leads teams of more than 1400 multicultural employees and manages P&L for business divisions with revenue in excess of $600m. On his way to the top, he has been the CTO and COO in Asia and Africa, has been advisor to Boards of several Opcos, executed special projects especially yielding to remarkable Financial and Operational KPIs optimizations worth several hundreds of million dollars and so on. His previous experience includes working with EDS in France, and Atosorigin, in France as well in an outsourced mode to CEGETEL and Bouygues Telecom (main operators in France).

Dr. Salah ZERGUERRAS holds a Ph. D. in Engineering in Paris/Perpignan - France 1995 and EGMP from the Harvard Business School, USA 2007. Winner of several awards within the group of Etisalat in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
