Saleh Al Masabi

Director Spectrum Services at TDRA

Mr. Saleh Al Masabi is the Director of Spectrum Services at the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA). He joined TDRA at the very establishment of the regulator and has worked on establishing the automated spectrum management and monitoring system of the Spectrum Affairs Department. Mr. Saleh is an engineer and has worked in Etisalat before joining TDRA. Mr Saleh has a diverse and rich experience in spectrum management, radio planning, wireless technologies and the ICT regulation. He leads the team for spectrum services and has led several projects to ease and automate the spectrum allocation and assignment. Mr Saleh has worked as Vice Chairman of ITU-R Study Group 3 and also chairs several committees at TDRA including 5G. Mr Saleh is also well known expert in GCC and ASMG and leads several technical subjects in working groups.
