Michael Gronovius is the Customer Solution Sales Director for emerging radio access network (RAN) solutions. In this role, he works with operators to define the best fronthaul and backhaul transport solutions for 5G mobile networks, varying from D-RAN, C-RAN, E-RAN to Cloud-RAN architectures. Michael is part of the Network Equipment Products team which develops innovative & profitable network solutions for Ericsson's North American customers.

Prior to his current role, Michael served as Director Business Development in Product Line Transport working with carriers world-wide. Prior to that, he has served in a variety of technical, program management, sales, and marketing roles in the telecom industry with focus varying from the access network to the long-haul optical transport network.

Michael attended the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands where he earned his MSEE.
