Vincent BonneauBusiness Unit Director at IDATE DigiWorld
Vincent BONNEAU is the director of the Labs Business Unit at IDATE Digiworld, leading all the consultancy assignments and publications related to the emerging technologies and their impacts for the digital and traditional industries. His focus for 5G and 6G technologies is mainly around software-based technologies and their diffusion into networks (virtualization, slicing, edge computing, artificial intelligence, etc…)
He is also since early 2019 Scientific Director of IDATE Digiworld, covering all publications and events of IDATE Digiworld regarding telecom (fibre and 5G), media, Internet and IoT technologies and their impacts in various vertical markets.
Prior to IDATE Digiworld, Vincent BONNEAU worked for the French Trade Commission (Economic Department of the Embassy of France, now Business France) in San Francisco, USA as an analyst in charge of the software industry and for marketing departments at several telecommunication companies including NOOS (French leading cable operator, now part of ALTICE), WANADOO and FRANCE TELECOM (now ORANGE).
Vincent BONNEAU graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (1997) and from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (2002). He was also a visiting student with the class of MS from HEC in IT Management (2002).
