The pass that I have applied for is different from the pass that I have received. Can I challenge this?
Our team reviews all ticket applications. To ensure quality interactions between attendees, we need to apply strict profile criteria when reviewing applications.
If your initial choice has not been granted and would like the team to review your application, you can email us at africacommarketing@informa.com.

I can no longer attend Africa Tech Festival. Can I pass on my badge to a colleague or contact?
It's a shame you can no longer attend in person. The good news is you will still be able to engage with our attendees and watch live-streamed/on-demand sessions via the virtual platform.
Unfortunately, you are not able to pass your badge to a colleague or contact. To receive personalised badges and to comply with our attendee policies, all participants need to register separately. If interested to send someone in your place, please forward a link to our ticket option page.
