Dantagos has fourteen years of experience in the Namibian and South African investment and banking sectors, and has been developing public interest focused training programs, media production and campaigns in the areas of investments, business, corporate governance, education, real estate, health, financial literacy and environmental conservation for corporate, public sector, and NGO clients for over six years, as the founder of Ndapunikwa Investments.

She commenced her career as an Investment Analyst, and Dealer for a local stock broking company (IJG Securities). She was later appointed as Business Development Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Investment Solutions Namibia, part of the Alexander Forbes Group. Dantagos founded Ndapunikwa Investments in 2011, and has consulted to clients in this capacity across a range of business functions including investments, strategic communication, media production, training and development, marketing, corporate governance, and strategic planning. Her clients include the GIZ, Sanlam Namibia, Old Mutual, the Financial Literacy Initiative, Kalahari Holdings, Labour Investment Holdings, Business Financial Solutions, the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health and Social Services, the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation, Ministry of Environment and Tourism, and the Payments Association of Namibia, among others.

Dantagos served as the Deputy Director Investment and Domestic Markets and Financial Market Technical Expert to the Office of the Governor at the Bank of Namibia; as a member of the Long-Term Insurance Advisory Committee to the Minister of Finance at NAMFISA, and has been a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of TransNamib Holdings and Allan Gray Namibia since June 2014 and June 2016, respectively. In 2016 she was nominated for the prestigious Africa’s Most Influential Women in Business and Government Award for 2016, by CEO Global.
