Responsible for NextCellular’s future capability modelling for the Retail & Wholesale environment, formulating the business strategy that enables commercially viable growth across cellular, rewards & financial services (wholesale) segment. I lead the development of strategic plan/framework of the organization & the annual operating plan, while adhering to the long term directions. Responsible for Business linked, Business Engagement, Change & people readiness as well as Technology Transformation. Recently as a VP – Strategic Partnerships at ACM Gold and Forex Trading, I have played a key lead role in converting a startup business by building the business strategy to revolutionize Contract for Differences (CFDs) trading industry & adding value to the bottom line of the business. Previously led a team of personal bankers in Lloyds, UK and managed a P&L to deliver on customer acquisition, retention and cross-sale. Besides the expertise in building teams and businesses, I have a strong understanding of execution through Strategic Planning and Thought Leadership, Sales and Distribution, Relationship Management, Asset/Wealth Management and Financial Planning with international experience in 3 continents (Asia, Europe & Africa)
