Joseph Ndaba a founder & CEO of Mahikeng innovation hub, and a newly appointed 4 IR Commissioner - Presidential Commission on 4IR and a Director of Startup Grind X - Mahikeng MIHub is an innovative virtual techno hub in the heart of Mahikeng- capital city of North West  Province, His focus is unearthing and cultivating innovative solutions that will ultimately assist businesses, educational institutions and communities to acclimatize in this vast changing technological world, while improve efficiency and effectiveness in the North West province through the use of ICT, Innovation, Entrepreneurial development, Research Development and Innovation.

Under his leadership MIHub has managed to bring different big corporations to Mahikeng, such as Microsoft to host programmes such as Dev Camps.

His current programme includes the establishment of 120 Innovative and Sustainable new businesses across North West province through programmes like eAgro Tourism Four Districts Hackathons with a target of 280 participants, in which he aims at adopting 30 innovative ideas and assist those innovators on how to run businesses and provide them with access to market, Provincial Innovation Boot Camps which will be hosted end of March 2019, Student to Business programme which will be going on its second year, Innovation Awards in which he partnered with the University of North West, Department of Information Systems, NWU eAgro-Tourism CoLab, North West province Ikatisong School of Governance, department of Telecommunications & Postal Services.
