Profile
The entrepreneurial and technology bug bit me in 1986 and I have been building tech innovations ever since.
I established my first software company in 1998 and have managed multiple global ERP and Custom-built application programs in EMEA, two of which won Sustainability Innovation awards at Oracle Open World in 2015 and 2016. I now run a specialized IT consultancy business with my husband.
I am proud to be one of the Inspiring50 Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) winners for 2018 and a finalist in the South African Standard Bank Top Women Awards for 2019 and 2020. I am passionate about the upliftment of women in South Africa, young entrapreneurs and inspiring them to reach for the stars.
My other passion is my community. I have worked closely with a children’s NGO, Ditshego House of Laughter in Mooiplaas. I was also privileged to summit Kilimanjaro on Woman’s Day 2019 with the Nelson Mandela Foundation and some of the most influential women’s rights activities and social justice influences in our country, in aid fo Caring4Girls.
