As a Product Management and Marketing Executive at DFA, Vino is responsible for strategic marketing, product life-cycle management and customer experience. His experience spans across the areas of fixed-mobile convergence, fibre commercialization, IoT, mobile money and marketing intelligence in positions customer insights, demand planning, product development and strategy in roles held at Telkom, BMI-T, IDC, Nokia Siemens Networks, MTN, Vodacom, Altech and Neotel.
He holds an MBA in Strategy (Wits Business School), a B.Tech in Marketing (University of Johannesburg), a National Diploma in Marketing (Durban University of Technology) and is currently completing his dissertation towards a Masters degree (MM in ICT Policy and Regulation) at the University of the Witwatersrand. In addition to this, Vino holds the professional designation of Chartered Marketer from the Marketing Association of South Africa (MASA), and serves various Board sub-committees of MASA. He is also and is accredited RPL assessor for MASA.
