Ellen Ward and Danni Coxon-Smith are founding members of Versus Arthritis’s newly formed AI delivery team, created following the success of AVA, the arthritis virtual assistant, which has been providing support to people with arthritis for three years.

The team are expanding the use of AI throughout the charity to enable them to enhance services which support 18.8 million people in the UK with musculoskeletal conditions. Versus Arthritis is the charity leading the push against arthritis, united in the ambition that one day, no one will have to live with the pain, fatigue and isolation that arthritis causes.
