Francis Chanda Mumbi is a business and finance professional with over 13 years industry experience covering Financial and Accounting, Investment and Portfolio Management, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Credit Risk Management, Applied AI and Data Analytics, Product and Process Design, Payments, Product Management, Product Development and Business Strategy. Francis holds qualifications in Accountancy (CIMA), Technology (Java and Web Development), Card and Payments and Project Management (Prince 2 and Agile). Francis is currently Head, Data Office at Stanbic Bank Zambia where he has oversight over the Banks Data and AI Strategy. Francis is actively involved in the local tech entrepreneurship community and is a member of the Digital Finance Working Group which is working to drive financial access and inclusion through digital financial services. Francis is a Co-Founder of and serves on the Board of Palladium Labs a technology design and research company exploring the application of emerging tech in business.
