Stijn Broecke is a senior economist in the Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Directorate of the OECD, where he leads the organisation’s Future of Work Initiative. He was co-editor and co-author of the OECD Employment Outlook 2019, which had a thematic focus on the Future of Work. He is currently co-leading a new programme of work at the OECD which will look at the impact of AI on work and on society. Stijn holds a PhD in Economics from the University of London and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge.
