Karen McElhatton

Group CIO at McLaren

Karen joined McLaren in March 2018 as Group Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining McLaren, Karen held global IT leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, TJX (owner of TK Maxx & Homes) and JAB Luxury Group (Jimmy Choo, Bally and Belstaff). Karen is passionate about using technology to improve customer experience. She believes it is this focus that ensures IT deliver their best every day, enabling colleagues and partners to succeed. Karen graduated from the University of Otaga, New Zealand with a BCom in Finance and Accounting. In her spare time, being a self-admitted adrenalin junkie, she enjoys mountain biking, open water swimming and skiing. Her childhood love of cars lives on as a motorsport fan.
