Travis Nixon has been a working as a Data Scientist for the past decade. He started in 2010 as an Economics Officer with the State Department before starting his own Machine Learning and AI startup that focused on building NLP models for B2B Clients. After selling his company, Travis came to Microsoft to start a new program known as the Data Science Partnership Program, which allows Microsoft to expand the boundaries of what’s possible in the field of ML and AI through partnership with its closest customers. A father of two, Travis is passionate about where the future of AI can take our economy and society.
