Alarice Cesareo Lonergan is an IBM Partner and the North America Financial Services Digital Strategy & iX leader. She is a customer experience and digital leader who bridges strategy and design through transformation. She has 15 years of experience advising top clients across banking, insurance, and wealth management on customer experience, business and digital transformation, enterprise design thinking, agile at scale and web/mobile development. She has led groundbreaking initiatives with IBM's top clients and Fortune 500 companies spanning new ways of working, new partnerships and humanizing the digital experience with AI.
She is recognized as a community builder and people leader. She has an ability to bring teams of diverse people together to solve our clients’ biggest challenges.
Outside of work, Alarice is an advocate in the advancement of women, development of children and those in need. She currently serves on three boards - The Board of Trustees for The Wardlaw-Hartridge School, The Women’s Bond Club, and Bike4Beds. She is an alumnus of the Women in America organization, which promotes paying it forward to the advancement of high potential women into executive roles.
She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in NYC and a BA in Economics from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA.
Alarice lives in Chatham, NJ with her husband, Komlan, their three children, Ayla (4), Kyla (2), Aidan (7 months) and their rescue dog, Mocha. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, spending summers at the Jersey shore, running and playing soccer.
