As a Global Managing Director at Accenture Applied Intelligence West and Silicon Valley lead, Arnab Chakraborty speaks analytics and Artificial Intelligence fluently. Based out of San Francisco, he is a key member of the global leadership team of Applied Intelligence, and responsible for driving Applied Intelligence in US West Market Unit. Prior to that, he served as the Applied Intelligence lead in Central Europe for ASG region (Austria, Switzerland & Germany) across all Industry groups. Arnab is bringing a lot of drive and experience to develop the Artificial Intelligence capabilities in Silicon Valley. Arnab has been instrumental in rapidly scaling the Analytics business with clients in Europe and North America as well as developed innovative predictive analytics solutions.

Arnab has more than 20+ years of rich experience in consulting and business analytics across diverse industry sector and has led multiple large-scale Analytics and AI transformation journeys for Fortune 100 companies. He has significant leadership experience in strategy formulation, business solutioning, client management, business development, service delivery and operations management. Arnab’s experience in analytics and big data spans across marketing, e-commerce, sales, and supply chain management.

Before joining Accenture, Arnab played a pivotal role in scaling up enterprise wide analytics capabilities globally for Hewlett Packard (HP) and GE Capital. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at KPMG Consulting, He has worked across High-Tech and Electronics, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Manufacturing industries.

Arnab is also involved in driving thought leadership on the topic of analytics and artificial intelligence in various industry platforms like Nasscom, CFO.com, INFORMS, Bitkom, AI Summit. He has been granted more than 10 patents for his work in developing machine-learning solutions to solve critical business problems. He has also authored many articles and journals in the area of advanced analytics and AI and has recently contributed to Wiley’s Innovation Black Book. He has also been recognized as an Edelman Laureate for his work to help organizations achieve data-driven digital transformation and is noted as one of the 10 most influential analytics leaders globally.

Arnab holds an MBA (Gold Medalist) from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, India and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, India. He is certified in Production and Inventory Management from APICS, USA.
