Through the 6 years of working in Globe Telecom, he expanded and transformed the network to serve 30mn subs in 2013 to 74mn subs in 2019 at revenue market share of 28% to 55%. Globe hit record breaking revenue of USD$2.8Bn with double digit growth of 2017.

He started working in Globe from 2013 to optimised the Network Transformation Program of $750Mn. In 2014, he led a new LTE network build of $350Mn to help Broadband Business to reach a record 1.6mn subs and revenue in 2019. He also led the LTE network expansion using the new SMC spectrum of 170Mhz and evolved the network to LTE-A , then among the early operators to adopt Massive MIMO deployment as pre-5G technology to support high speed broadband. Today, Globe lead the WTTx business and their success has been key use cases sharing around the world. He will again lead Globe to launch 5G in June 2019 to offer high speed broadband to fuel Globe aspiration to provide high speed broadband to Filipino by 2020.

Experienced 18 year in radio engineering and now the Head of Master planning in Globe Telecom will continue to build a long term network blueprint and optimise our USD$1bn capex and cost to support Globe position as #1 mobile network and speed up the aspirations to be #1 broadband network as well.
