Started entrepreneurial career in 1995 by returning to India from Qualcomm, San  Diego. Prior to that worked on telecom systems, data networking with TeNet  group, IITM & HCL-HP-Chennai. There was always a strong motivation to build a  world-class software product company in India 

Co-Founded Zoho in 1995 & Delium in 2016. GOFRUGAL was started in 2004 with  vision to transform trade business operations digitally for improved customer  experience helping them sell more & serve their customers happily 

Gained valuable firsthand experience about the diversity, opportunities and the  challenges of doing business in India & best opportunity to coach multiple  generation of engineers providing the right leadership model for motivating and  building high performance teams & most importantly staying young 

As a fitness freak, Kumar practices Yoga almost every day and encourages healthy living and eating to everyone in his sphere of influence. His current mission is to  ensure every company is a Happy place to Work as Happiness creates Success  and success breeds success.
