As head of Verizon Global Security Services, Bryan keeps pace with the leading and bleeding edges of
innovation in the security market, while maintaining the highest quality of service in delivery operations.
He manages the proactive and reactive span of Verizon’s consulting capabilities, including Governance, Threat & Vulnerability Management, Regulatory Compliance, Identity & Access Management, and Data Loss Prevention practices. Bryan also oversees all cyber investigations and intelligence functions, encompassing the externally facing arm of Verizon’s security apparatus. Mr. Sartin leads a total operation of more than 500 security consultants, researchers and developers across 30+ countries, as well as highly secure data processing, applied intelligence and digital forensics lab facilities in 5 countries. Prior to his current role, Bryan was Director of the Verizon RISK Team. He held responsibility for intelligence, security research and publications, computer incident response, eDiscovery and IT investigations operations for Verizon Enterprise Solutions customers.Bryan is founder of Verizon Investigative Response, one of largest IT investigations
companies in the world. He is also founding co-author of the Verizon Data Breach Investigations Report and Data Breach Digest publications. A frequent speaker, author and instructor on various security topics, Mr. Sartin is also a licensed private investigations company operator and manager. Bryan has testified as
both expert and fact witness in some of the largest global data breaches on record. He has also testified in front of the US House of Representatives on cyber threats against the financial sector.
