Aseem ParikhVP, Solutions and Partnerships at ONF
Aseem Parikh serves as Vice President of Solutions and Partnerships at Open Networking Foundation (ONF), an operator-led industry consortium to transform access networks. Aseem champions open source SDN/NFV platforms that power innovative open access and edge solutions – Virtualized Broadband, Connected 4G/5G edge cloud, and SD-RAN. He serves as ONF’s primary interface to service and cloud providers and helps define PoCs and help move those PoCs to trials to deployments.
Aseem brings 25+ years of global operating experience in the computer networking industry and a deep passion for product management and strategy, to ONF. As part of the core founding teams of early stage Silicon Valley startups, he wears many strategic and functional hats, as he scales young companies to profitable businesses. His successful entrepreneurial pursuits include ventures acquired by Cisco in 1999 (iManage), Netlogic/Broadcom in 2008 (RMI) and by Thales in 2017 (Guavus).
Aseem has built and managed global teams in North America, Europe, India and China. He is responsible for securing and supporting strategic Fortune 500 customers wins such as AT&T, Cadbury-Kraft, Comcast, Fujitsu, Huawei, Kellogg, Verizon and Virgin Media; as well as federal agencies and defense contractors like Harris, Lockheed Martin and NASA. Aseem holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from UCLA.
