As the Senior Digital Experience Strategist for Rogers Communications, Lindsey marries years of marketing to approach strategy with a hybrid product and customer mindset. She is responsible for the ideation, conceptualization, and delivery of sophisticated and innovative eCommerce experiences, and for being an advocate for the customer in conversations with cross-disciplinary teams and company leaders. Prior to joining Rogers, Lindsey was the Product and Innovation Manager at Royal Bank of Canada, where she oversaw the delivery of digital business products and services and SaaS UIs. She has a deep understanding of cloud-based and data streaming solutions, application of analytics, user experience and design. She has also co-founded a digital arts and culture magazine and several local exhibits under the brand Femmeldehyde. Lindsey holds a degree in Media Studies, a Diploma in Public Relations, and is a certified Change Management Practitioner through Prosci. She serves on the Executive Board for Toronto Dance Theatre, and was recently short-listed for Notable’s 2018 Young Professional of the Year Award. In her spare time, she teaches Yoga around Toronto, explores the world with her husband, and acts as stay-at-home chef while her two energetic shih tzus beg for scraps.
