Responsible for design, planning and implementation of all technology solutions across PL & SK to delivery outstanding products and services for its residential, as well as B2B customers while improving cost effectiveness, service quality, and customer satisfaction. This includes overseeing all aspects of IT, Technology, Core and Access Network Planning, Engineering, Operations, Data Center Planning, as well as local delivery and supply chain activities.

She joined UPC in 2010, taking over responsibility for implementation of new solutions and maintenance of, among others, IP, VoIP, DTV services. In the following years, she took accountability for managing programmes and projects related to the access network within the European structures of Liberty Global. She managed an international team and projects in 12 countries.

She is an experienced leader with more than 20 years in the areas of development, service supply, maintenance, as well as projects and programmes in strategic organizational areas. Previously, she was related to network management and security for the sector of banking, banking-related services.

She is a graduate of the Wroclaw University of Technology. She pursued her qualifications’ development at the Swiss IMD and completed the INSEAD Executive Leadership Program.

Co-founder of the Technologia w Spódnicy (Technology in Skirt) Association, actively supporting ambitious, talented and valuable women on their road to both professional & personal success.
