YOUR STAND - SPACE ONLY

Your Space Only package will include:

  • 1x Power/Plug Socket
  • Event Wi-Fi
  • A space on the exhibition floor

It is your responsibility to utilize and build in this space. Please check your contract for the exact size of your floor space and plan accordingly.

 What next? 

1. You will be required to provide detailed stand plans for your space that adhere to the Informa Tech DESIGN INSTRUCTIONS (CLICK HERE)

2. Please complete the HEALTH & SAFETY FORM 

3. Please read the Informa (CLICK HERE) RULES AND REGULATIONS handbook thoroughly before starting the design.

4. Should you wish to order anything additional please go to the Event Services section on this page.

Please submit all H&S and design documents by 16 July.

REMINDER: Once submitted should your design be classes as complex you will be expected to provide structural calculations for your stand.

Advanced Warehouse Shipments

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:

Warehouse receiving hours are:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, July 27, 2021 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Wednesday, August 25, 2021 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the link below for more information.

The garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ALL visitors and guests attending ANY event or business in the downtown area. If you are coming to a scheduled event in our facility, DPAC or any venue downtown, please arrive early and remember to use our quick and easy automated pay stations. We offer contactless payment through text or QR code. Once you have parked walk up to any pay machine and scan the QR code or use the text prompt to purchase parking.

Participants asked to stop any behaviour are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behaviour that violates this code of conduct,  Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
