YOUR STAND - SPACE ONLY

Your Space Only package will include:

  • 1x Power/Plug Socket
  • Event Wi-Fi
  • A space on the exhibition floor

It is your responsibility to utilize and build in this space. Please check your contract for the exact size of your floor space and plan accordingly.

 What next? 

1. You will be required to provide detailed stand plans for your space that adhere to the Informa Tech DESIGN INSTRUCTIONS (CLICK HERE)

2. Please complete the HEALTH & SAFETY FORM

3. Please read the Informa (CLICK HERE) RULES AND REGULATIONS handbook thoroughly before starting the design.

4. Should you wish to order anything additional please go to the Event Services section on this page.

Please submit all H&S and design documents by April 10th 2023

REMINDER: Once submitted should your design be classes as complex you will be expected to provide structural calculations for your stand.

WHAT DOES EACH PASS ALLOW?

The number of passes allocated to you can be found in your welcome email and on the VISIT pass registration portal.

If you have speakers or panelists as part of your contract you do not need to register them as we will do this for you.

Advanced Warehouse Shipments

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:

  • Monday, April 10, 2023 - Wednesday, May 10, 2023

Warehouse receiving hours are:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 11:55 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Monday, April 10, 2023 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Wednesday, May 10, 2023 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.

Participants asked to stop any behaviour are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behaviour that violates this code of conduct,  Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
