Mishka Dehghan is vice president, strategy, product, & solutions engineering for T-Mobile for Business. In her role, Mishka is helping to define how the company brings forward next-gen propositions to the market that meet the unique needs of the business segment and poise T-Mobile for Business for long-term success. In her role, she will champion large scale disruptive and new growth opportunities for T-Mobile for Business. Her scope includes, strategy and planning, product development centered on mobile connectivity, adjacent solutions and wireline services; along with product strategy and development of 5G-enabled solutions across all segments of enterprise. Mishka also works closely with the Emerging Business group to bring the complementary strengths of T-Mobile’s transformative 5G network and other emerging technologies such as the Internet-of-Things (IoT) to create applications that will become tomorrow’s standards.
Mishka joined T-Mobile for Business upon the merger close with Sprint in April 2020. In the two years leading up to the merger, Mishka led the B2B merger integration efforts on behalf of Sprint Business where she was instrumental in guiding the strategy of how two of the nation’s largest telecommunications companies would come together to truly compete in the industry.
At the same time, Mishka served as vice president, 5G development for Sprint Business where she drove 5G strategy for enterprises, including identifying, developing, and delivering innovative solutions that will bring the power of 5G advancements to business customers and transform society.
Mishka has 20 years of diverse management experience in the technology space with roles that span leadership of new business strategy, partnership development, product development and global solutions across wireless and wireline, serving all business segments.
Mishka prides herself in challenging the status-quo and driving change as she believes innovation is the engine to growth no matter in which business function.
Mishka was awarded her MBA from the George Washington University and earned her Bachelor’s degree from INSEEC Paris, France. Mishka resides in Bethesda, Maryland with her husband and their three children.
