Pam Mallette is Head of Customer Engagement Marketing at Spirent, responsible for driving customer engagement and new business growth. In 2018, she led Spirent’s rebranding initiative, successfully repositioning the company for the future.
Focused on building a comprehensive picture of the benefits of new technologies and trends in the Telecommunications industry for a broad global audience, Pam has over 35 years’ experience in strategic marketing and best practice definition. She believes in creating awareness and thought leadership programs that highlight the outcomes realized by actual clients on their buying journey.
Prior to joining Spirent, Pam was the Head of Customer Engagement Marketing for Ericsson in North America, where she led the creation of customized and focused campaigns targeted at both traditional operator and new customer segments.
Pam is based in Spirent’s Holmdel office in New Jersey.
