Roel Cueva is a telecommunications engineer from the UTP university, specializing in Information Technology and current standards / methodologies such as ITIL v4, Scrum, Devops, Cloud and PMP, which have been applied during the process of implementation and adjustments of the IT management at Bitel Company since 2013.

Currently with the position of Head of the IT PMO department, he is in charge of project management for Internal and External clients, guaranteeing standardization, reducing duplication and taking advantage of resources such as people, technology and communication.
