Sameh Naguib

Sameh Naguib leads Oracle Communications Americas Pre-Sales, with responsibility for businesses in North America and Latin America for both Communication Service Providers and Enterprises. He also oversees Oracle Communications global 5G Pillar.  In his previous role with Oracle Communications, Sameh led the Pre-Sales account team for the largest two Communication Service Providers in USA and was responsible for the expansion and growth of Oracle business in various 4G Core, 5G Core and IMS areas.

Before joining Oracle in October 2014, Sameh led a team of Wireless Communication Subject Matter Experts in Alcatel-Lucent to deliver and support one of the largest LTE deployments in USA.  Prior to that Sameh led Orascom Telecom Group (later acquired by Vimpelcom) Wireless Core planning where he worked with the various OpCos around the globe to plan, build and run various 2G and 3G networks in 12 countries including Italy, Greece, Canada, Pakistan and Algeria.  Sameh holds a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from Cairo University, expects to graduate from Quantic Executive MBA program in 2021 and completed various business and finance programs from London Business School
