PLATFORM
This event is powered by Swapcard.
The platform will be available to exhibitors on 27th September to ensure you have enough time to complete your profiles and familiarise yourself with everything. Our team will be on hand through the whole process to ensure you get the best experience possible!
EXHIBITOR CENTER
Before the event and during, sponsors and exhibitors will have access to the Exhibitor Center within the platform.

YOUR VIRTUAL BOOTH
You and your team will be able to upload all of the below items directly to your exhibitor profile, but if you have any questions or require assistance please contact Nancy.
- Company Logo: 400x200px (2:1 ratio), no larger than 1MB
- Header Image: 1200x675px (16:9 ratio), no larger than 1MB
- Booth Background Image: 2560x1600px (16:10 ratio), no larger than 1MB
- Header Video Link: This can be a live or pre-recorded video, hosted on Youtube or Vimeo. This video will play, muted, at the top of your booth’s page. Suggested video length should be no more than three minutes.
- Banner Ad specs: 1080x1920px (9:16 ratio) image, no larger than 1MB.
- Company Description: There is no official word limit for this but we would suggest up to 100 words.
- Welcome Message: Add a welcome message to encourage any booth visitors to send a message or book a meeting with you!
- Content Uploads: These can be in the form of any URL, or the following file types can be uploaded directly into the system: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .png or .jpg.

CODE OF CONDUCT
CODE OF CONDUCT
We believe our community should be truly open for everyone. As such, we are committed to providing a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion.
This code of conduct outlines our expectations for participant behavior, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior, for both the in-person event and the virtual event.
We invite all sponsors, speakers, attendees, media, exhibitors, and other participants to help us realize a safe and positive conference experience for everyone. All determinations of appropriate or inappropriate behavior are in Informa's sole discretion and the decision(s) of the Informa representatives will be final.
BEHAVIOR
You will behave in a way as to create a safe and supportive environment for all Black Tech Fest event participants whether participating online or in person at Black Tech Fest employees, moderators, attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, and volunteers).
You will not engage in disruptive speech or behavior or otherwise interfere with any portion of the in-person or virtual event, or other individuals' participation in the event.
You will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behavior, including (but not limited to) relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or other protected category.
You will comply with the instructions of the moderator and any Black Tech Fest event staff.
You will comply with all applicable laws.
SCOPE
We expect all in-person and virtual event participants (including Black Tech Fest employees, moderators, attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, and volunteers) to uphold the principles of this Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct covers the in-person event, virtual event, and all related events (social or otherwise).
CONSEQUENCES
Breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events and from engagement across Black Tech Fest blogs, online forums, and social media channels.

The above policies may be revised at any time by Informa and are non-negotiable. This Code of Conduct is without prejudice to Informa's rights, all of which it expressly reserves.

Our contribution to a sustainable and environmentally harmonious society is based upon best practice and covers:
Environment: We use recycled materials for office and event documentation and reduce the use of plastics in all our event collateral
Community: To encourage sustainable development in the wider business we endeavour to utilise environmentally accredited venues and support regional agricultural practice by insisting on using locally grown produce for catering at all our large events.
Relationships: Informa Tech has developed an alliance with the Carbon Neutral Company and as a further example of our customer centricity, we strive to locate our events central to where we feel the majority of attendees originate.

By you entering this virtual event, you give unqualified consent to: Informa Tech, its agents, licensees to record, use and publicise your voice, actions, likeness, and appearance, in any manner and media, worldwide in perpetuity. If you wish to avoid being recorded, please do not enter this event.
