LIVE SESSIONS & Q&A
If your session at the event has been confirmed as live, please note the below process on how this works during the event.
- You will receive a zoom link pre-event to join on the day
- Please check you are positioned in a well-lit and quiet area so you are ready to start.
- Please join the zoom link 30 minutes before your session in order to give time to check all the technical requirements with our production team.
- A member of the Black Tech Fest team will let you into the zoom meeting
- The moderator will liaise with the content lead to manage the audience Q&A during the session. Please note you can see live Q&A via the event platform, not through the zoom link
For pre-recorded sessions where you are returning for live Q&A, the same process as above will take place.
