The 2017 Innovation Showcase Award
The Innovation Award honours the company selected by the audience as having the best new product idea based on their demonstration during the Innovation Showcase, presented by CableLabs®. The Innovation Showcase celebrates innovative products of interest to cable companies, together with their customers, that have the potential to make a difference in 2017 and beyond.
Who can submit?
Companies with innovative/demonstrable products with a potential business model for cable companies are encouraged to submit their entry by clicking here. See Technology Tours and scroll down to Cable Congress.
Deadline for submissions is 03 February.
The judging and voting process
From all submitted innovations, a Selection Committee comprised of cable and technology outreach subject matter experts will create a shortlist of the most innovative products. Cable Congress attendees will vote at the end of the Innovation Showcase for the company with the best new product idea. The company receiving the most votes will be announced during the Innovation Showcase Award Ceremony at the Cable Congress.
Some simple but elementary rules
- Companies must have the ability to provide a live demonstration of their product.
- If chosen by the Selection Committee, the company needs to be present at the Cable Congress and present their innovation during the Innovation showcase.
