Tips to maximize your virtual event experience
Virtual events are a whole other ballgame. Here’s what you need to do to knock it out of the park:
STEP 1: COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE
Ensure your profile is complete and catchy! An enriched profile is twice more likely to receive requests. Remember to add a photo, a short bio and your social media.
STEP 2: CREATE A PERSONALIZED AGENDA
Build your own program with sessions you want to attend. You can filter by day, topic or speaker.
STEP 3: GET THE MOBILE APP
Search “CPVirtual” in the App Store or Google Play to download the app. Login with the email address you used to register for Channel Partners Virtual and get access to the event anywhere.
STEP 4: REACH OUT BEFORE, THEN MEET AT THE EVENT
Pre-book meetings with sponsors, exhibitors and other attendees before their calendars fill up.
STEP 5: KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR INCOMING REQUESTS
Even better: when you have the mobile app on your phone, you’ll get notified when you receive messages or connection requests.
STEP 6: INTERACT WITH SPEAKERS
Ask live questions to speakers and participate in polls to let them know your thoughts and opinions.
