Lead Retrieval Compliance Information
Attendee badges can be scanned to help you quickly capture pertinent information for follow-up after the show. By ordering Experient’s Lead Retrieval Unit, exhibitors can easily and accurately collect data from attendees in their booths. We recommend ordering this service in advance using Experient’s Lead Retrieval Order Form located in Additional Services. The early bird deadline is July 17,2019, and the advanced deadline is August 1, 2019. The Lead Retrieval Unit is the only authorized method for lead and list retrieval.
**Special note** to be GDPR compliant, if you plan to rent and use a Lead Retrieval Unit, you will need to print and display signage in your booth to explain to the attendees that when you scan an attendee badge, that person is sharing their information with you. The Exhibitor is responsible to cover the printing and cost of this signage.
