Joel Maloff

Course Developer at The SIP School


Joel Maloff is senior vice president - strategic alliances and partnerships for, responsible for the channel partner program, large-scale business development and assistance with network-related strategies and tactics. An expert and author on the internet, its business uses and its convergence with traditional telephony, he has served as a course developer for The SIP School since 2011 and has been an adjunct professor at Colorado Technical University for more than seven years. Maloff acted as a consultant to then-Sen. Al Gore in the drafting of the High Performance Computing Act and was further involved in the commercialization of the internet as part of Advanced Network & Services, which managed the backbone for the National Science Foundation Network (NSFNet) in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
