Profile
Marian has over twenty years of business experience, having
worked in marketing, product and strategy roles with fast
growing technology businesses in Europe and United States. He
helped build Startup Grind, world’s largest organisation for
entrepreneurs, based in 125 countries.
In 2015 he co-founded Braintrust, an influential think-tank of
top technology Founders/CEOs from Central & Eastern Europe.
in 2017 he co-founded IPM Growth, a VC arm of the IPM Group
that invests in high growth companies from Central and Eastern
Europe with world class technologies. At IPM Growth he
focused on helping companies scale and develop meaningful
global partnerships.
In 2021 he co-founded G-Force, a global pre/seed investment
program in co-operation with Founders Factory, investing in
promising sustainability and climate-tech companies.
Advisory Roles
Marian is board member at Matsuko, advisory board member
at Tachyum and member of Acquisition Committee (REEAC) at
Tate Gallery (UK’s most visited tourist attraction).
He advises and mentors fast growing startups and scale-ups.
Marian was featured in New Europe 100 (organised by the
Financial Times & Google), a list of outstanding leaders in world
class innovation from Central and Eastern Europe.
Marian holds an MBA from ESCP (European School of
Management), the oldest business school in the world
