What Is The Clubhouse App?
Clubhouse is an invitation-only audio-chat app (for iPhones only) that facilitate auditory communications for group with common interests. Group can vary from a few individuals to thousands. It is essentially a social networking app, all based on audio.
How Do I Join?
To join the Clubhouse, you need to be invited by a fellow user. Existing users only have two invites at first, but this goes up the longer they have the app. The easiest way to join Clubhouse is reach out to your community and see who has an invite! Clubhouse Room One
Our first Clubhouse room will be taking place at 5pm (East African Time) on 9 April 2021.
Featuring Venture for Africa and The Flip Africa, this room will discuss tackling the talent challenge in African startups:
- How do we tackle top talent outflows from the continent caused by teams offering relocation and more?
- How does that compare with the growing interest from the diaspora?
This will be a relaxed and informal conversation, with the opportunity for listeners to also joint the conversation and have their say!
