He holds over 22 Years of professional experience in the field of Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Advance analytics , IT strategic planning and people management.

Mr. Saxena holds a dual master degree in Computer science – Post Graduate diploma in computer science from Delhi Business , Delhi – India and Master in computer science – M.D. University , Rohtak India . He is certified in project management and Infra management from PMI and ITIL, India.

Mr. Saxena also holds a Business and management leadership course from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Saxena has good leadership skills and is a good team player. He is passionate about innovations of new ideas. He strongly believes in analytics based decision making and Industry 4.0 is the future, Saxena has previously worked at the Ramco Group Kenya , Godrej Consumer Products Ltd, Eastern and Southern Africa, Wilmar Group, Zambia , JBM Group India and Hero Group India respectively.

Saxena Enjoys Table Tennis, loves nature , reading leadership and strategy books .
