Elizabeth is a co-founder of Nahari – a collective of change-makers applying creative approaches to provide safe spaces for joint decision making, communal knowledge exchange, and collaborative learning. She is a Speaker, Moderator and Entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in addressing complex challenges – her passion is fostering the development of lasting, mutually beneficial relationships that contribute to global sustainable development. She works in cross-sectoral, trans-professional, multi-stakeholder settings. She has a strong experience in International Cooperation, Development Cooperation, and Private Sector Development and has worked with over 20 organizations (UNESCO, GIZ, UN Women, IFAD, Syngenta, African Heritage, Fila East Africa, Procasur, Nature Kenya, IREN, IHPMR, Ipsos-Synovate, Save the Children, Strathmore Business School ) in over 30 states (including in fragile ones such as Somalia) on 4 continents (Africa, Europe, Latin America and America). She works in culturally diverse groups, from grassroots level to global platforms; and has supported the development of leaders, teams, policies, strategies, plans, and business models that contribute to addressing sustainability challenges. She brings skills in capacity building, knowledge management, facilitation, conflict resolution and management; as well as experience as an entrepreneur to diverse assignments.
