Elizabeth Mudogo is a Digital solutions expert with a current focus on Agricultural solutions that improve the life of the farmers and communities in Kenya. She possess 17 years of solid experience coupled with a deep exposure in the Telco industry. Elizabeth has horned key skill sets from her engagement in various capacities in manufacturing and market research companies. She has delivered a great track record of trail blazing success in handling customer feedback in a winning call Centre, handled high value corporate clients, been in charge of driving the Governance of projects within the Enterprise space, and lately initiated and developed the strategy and execution the Value added Services (VAS) space within the Enterprise Division.
Presently, Elizabeth is championing the process of restoring the dignity of the small holder farmer by reducing the inefficiencies and ensuring the farmer gets better revenues for his/her farming activity. She is an Agile Enthusiast and Evangelist.
In her current role as a Digital solutions expert at Safaricom, she has traveled across the world to collect the insights and been involved in major projects including and not limited to billing system, CRM (Customer relationship Management etc.)
She is a graduate of University of Nairobi, MBA- Marketing and Economics- Major. She is an Agile Enthusiast and Evangelist. She is also a holder of Prince 2, MSP (Managing successful programmers), a Postgraduate diploma in Human Resources and CIM Marketing certificate and various individual professional courses.
