Evelyn Ngatia is a business advisor, trainer and thought leader who is passionate about the 4th Industrial Revolution (‘4IR’). Africa has lagged in previous industrial revolutions, and she would like to see the African continent actively participate in this 4th Industrial Revolution. She believes 4IR literacy is the first step towards thriving in the 4th Industrial Revolution and hopes to make her contribution through educating and advising others.
She is the Founder & CEO of Techawatt Ltd – a company that offers business advisory, training and research on 4IR. She is also the Founder & Lead Instructor at 4IR Academy, an online academy offering on-demand courses on 4IR.
As a thought leader, she has authored the book ‘Understanding the 4th Industrial Revolution’ and has been globally recognised by Thinkers360 as one of the Top 150 Women B2B Thought Leaders You Should Follow in 2021. She has also been interviewed by Metropol TV and Just Angie media platforms on the 4IR subject.
She has over 15 years’ experience in Corporate Banking and Oil & Gas. Prior to Techawatt, she was a corporate banker and gained expertise in financing different sectors such as manufacturing, real estate, consumer, power and infrastructure. Wide sector expertise is therefore one of her key strengths.
