Jason-Louis Carmichael

Jason leads strategy and growth at TIBU Health. He holds a graduate degree in Public Health and Epidemiology from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia, and has spent 10 years working on complex public health challenges in Africa. Previously, Jason worked on large mHealth projects with Grand Challenges Canada to improve access to essential health services. In 2015, Jason joined the World Health Organization's emergency response team to support member states' response to Public Health Emergencies of International Concern. In 2021, Jason was awarded the prestigious Horizon Award from Memorial University for his contributions to global public health. He loves hyperrealism artwork and mac and cheese.
