Mr. Lloyd Le Page is Senior Adviser for Agriculture and Food Investment at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change where he is responsible for facilitating investments and strategic projects, working closely with governments and the private sector across the countries where TBI has a presence, including AgriFood innovation hubs and ag-tech. He currently resides in Rwanda where he previously was the senior adviser to the CEO of the National Agriculture Exports Board (NAEB), an implementation arm of the Ministry of Agriculture (MINAGRI). Mr. Le Page’s career includes 30 years management experience in farming, agribusiness, high value horticulture, and rural development in Africa, Asia and the Americas. He has consulted on agricultural investments for the World Bank and IFC, and on private sector growth for development partners and the private sector. He works with local and global agri-business, public sector, trade associations and non-profits, and is the founder of several companies and non-profits. Lloyd was CEO of the CGIAR Consortium, the world’s largest public agriculture and natural resources research institution. Mr. Le Page led DuPont Pioneer (now Corteva) Global Sustainable Agriculture and Development program and previously worked for Pioneer as regional supply chain director for Africa, after previous roles in Sales Agronomy, Food Manufacturing, Fresh Produce, and Commercial Farm Operations. Lloyd has served on many non-profit and advisory boards including venture and angel funds.
