Malcolm is currently the Government Affairs Manager for East Africa at Microsoft. He is passionate about working in the nexus of law/policy and technology, particularly around the exciting and dynamic space that is the digital transformation of Africa. Malcolm is a technology lawyer by background and has worked for 15 years in this space, in various roles in academia, private practice and government.
He holds a Graduate Law degree from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia and is a dual admitted lawyer - as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia and as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He also holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Business Information Systems) from the University of Wollongong, Australia.
